Kristina Steinmetz is an award-winning interior designer and project manager with two decades of experience in design, construction, and facilities for hospitality, residential, multi-family, and educational projects.
Her client list includes brands such as IKEA, Bosch, eBay, and Alpina, and her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Dwell, Domino, House Beautiful, Country Living, and many other publications.

Kristina’s design journey accelerated early. While still in her first semester in architecture school, she was invited to present her furniture and lighting collection at Salone del Mobile in Milan – the world’s largest and most prestigious trade show for furniture and design. Before graduating with honors, she founded her own design studio and was recognized as one of Germany’s top emerging architects by the DETAIL magazine.

In addition to her design portfolio, Kristina has expertise in restaurant and franchise design, managing all capital projects and store audits across Canada and the U.S. for Earls Restaurants. Her operational and construction experience also includes overseeing the facilities department at Trinity Western University and managing construction projects for the Canadian Armed Forces.

Driven by her desire to inspire and motivate, Kristina has helped other engineers, architects, and designers launch successful businesses through her own seminars that she hosted at the Chamber of Architects in Berlin.
She also managed a sustainable furniture manufactory, where she trained women in craftsmanship to support long-term employment opportunities. Her expertise has led to multiple appearances as an interior design expert on German, Italian, and Brazilian television.
